Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact details — name and email when you join the waitlist or send a contact enquiry.
• Usage data — optional product counts stored on our backend only if you allow analytics. Google Analytics may also be used when configured, with the same preference. Form contents, email addresses, Stripe session IDs and referral codes are excluded from these events.
• Technical data — IP address and browser information for rate limiting and security.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and manage early access waitlist sign-ups.
• To send transactional emails related to your request (e.g. waitlist confirmation).
• To improve our website, services, and security.

Third-party services

We use providers including Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (optional analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Supabase (data storage). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Waitlist and contact records are retained until you request deletion or they are no longer needed for the purpose collected.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting jackson@prowire.io. Account deletion for individual apps must be requested through that app or its support team. Requests require identity verification; billing records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Automatic cross-product deletion is not implemented.
